Grandad’s Farm Stop wants you to join our family and sell your goods on our shelves. We operate under a consignment model, meaning producers set the price and receive 70% when the product is sold.
Advantages to a Consignment Model:
Producers set their prices and sell directly to customers. We don’t dictate margins or force wholesale pricing: producer product, producer value.
We collaborate on product mix and sales strategy. Together, we decide what producers provide, how much, and when.
Test, iterate, and experiment all without long-term risk. Like a farmers market, our model lets producers trial new products, flavors, or formats and see what sells.
Reach more customers, more often. Our consignment model allows us to support and showcase a wider range of producers year-round.
We handle the retail work. Stocking, merchandising, inventory tracking, and point-of-sale are on us. Producers can stay focused on farming, growing their business, or just taking a morning off.
We also understand a consignment model doesn’t work for everyone all of the time. If you are only able to sell wholesale at this time, please still apply.
